SUMMARY
Isuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Isuzu FVR, 2023-2026 Chevrolet 7500XD, 2018-2026 Chevrolet 6500XD, and Isuzu FTR vehicles. The axle stabilizer bracket bolts may crack and break, allowing the bracket to detach from the vehicle.

REMEDY
Dealers will replace the stabilizer bar brackets, free of charge. This is a Phased campaign. Phase 1 will include Class 6 vehicles (FTR, Chevy 6500XD). Owner notification letters were mailed December 12, 2025 to FTR and Chevrolet 6500XD owners. Phase 2 will include Class 7 vehicles (FVR, Chevy 7500XD). Owner notification letters were mailed April 24, 2026 to FVR owners. Owner notification letters were mailed May 11, 2026 to Chevrolet 7500XD owners. Dealers will inspect and replace the fuel heater and electrical connectors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 7, 2025. Owners may contact Isuzu customer service at 1-866-441-9638. Isuzu's number for this recall is V2504.
